He actually saved me quite a bit of money because he was going to replace a laminate floor in a bedroom and when he demolish the floor he found that there was a nice wooden floor underneath and he refinished and vanished and did a beautiful job on the existing wood. He listened he was a great worker he showed up on time when he said he would and he talked me through everything that he was going to do in the kitchen and with my refinished floors.
