"Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. We were very impressed by Sebastian's professionalism and his honesty when explaining the work that needed to be done and how it would be performed. So, we hired Sebastion and CCS Construction Services, and, all the work has been completed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Sebastian and his team are hard working and very respectful.
